York Road House is situated on the street and will require you to walk up 3 steps to reach the front door. We regret that there is no disabled access available. Once inside, there is a large ground floor bedroom with en suite facilities which would be suitable for those with difficulty in climbing stairs.

The basement room is accessed via a stone stairway and again, there is no disabled access to this part of the house. Once in the basement room, it can be used as a self contained flat with it’s own bathroom, lounge and kitchen and level access to the back garden.
